A Quicker, Easier Way to Report Equipment Faults

We know that running a busy venue means your priority is serving your customers. We also understand that when an equipment fault happens on a frantic Friday night with loud music playing, finding the time to step away and phone it in can be incredibly difficult. Often, the issue simply gets forgotten in the rush. To make things easier for you and your staff, we have introduced a brand new, bespoke QR code reporting system tailored specifically to your premises.

How the New QR System Works

We are rolling out unique Invicta Amusements QR code stickers to all our sites. Using them is incredibly quick:

  • Scan the sticker: Simply point any smartphone camera at the QR code.

  • Instant recognition: It will instantly open a fault report form pre-filled with your specific venue's details.

  • Select the machine: Choose the faulty equipment from a dropdown list of the exact machines we supply to your site.

  • Submit in seconds: Type a few words describing the problem and press submit. This instantly notifies our on-call engineers.

Important: Where to Place Your Stickers

To prevent members of the public from scanning the code and submitting false call-outs, please ensure these stickers are placed in a prominent, staff-only area. We highly recommend sticking them securely by your till, behind the bar, or in the staff room so they are easily accessible to your team but out of reach of your patrons.

We Still Want Your Calls!

Please be assured that this service is absolutely not here to stop you from phoning us. We value our personal relationship with you and are not trying to become a faceless, automated company.

We have listened to feedback from customers who find it difficult to make phone calls during a busy shift. This QR code is simply an additional, entirely optional aid designed to make life a little easier for your bar staff. You do not have to use it, but it is there for you if you prefer it.

Haven't Received Yours Yet?

If you haven't received your QR code stickers yet, or if you need a few extras for different staff areas, please get in touch with us and we will get them sent out to you straight away.
